If you booked at the Westin in the room block, a bus will be provided to and from the venue! The hotel is providing the appropriate bus based on the number of guests in the block so please ensure you book in our block. We can check for you if you have any concerns!

There are not. To provide a shuttle for all guests, we are consolidating at one hotel. If you wish to not stay at that hotel, there any multiple hotels within 10 mins of the area but you will have to provide your own transportation.

If the link says there aren't any rooms or the room type you want available, let Meagan or Mike know and we can add more rooms. Please do not book outside of the block instead so we can count you for the shuttle!

Please arrive at 5:30 pm for a welcome toast. The ceremony will start at 6:00 pm.

We want everyone to be comfortable! If you are looking for a recommendation, we suggest black-tie-optional attire but no tux needed!

Park Savoy will accommodate all dietary restrictions. For cocktail hour, feel free to ask the waiters if you have any questions or concerns. For dinner, please discuss your restrictions with the waiter so they can accomodate you.

The first shuttle will leave at 5:00. There will be another shuttle based on need. The schedule will be posted in the hotel lobby and in your welcome bags. Please feel free to ask the hotel staff too.
